City Council Agenda Management Changes
The City of Madison is transitioning to a new in‑house system for managing and publishing City Council agendas. Previously, agendas were created and distributed through the Sparq platform. Going forward, all agendas will be prepared internally and posted directly on the City’s official website. The links on the City’s homepage will take users to the appropriate location for agendas.
This change will allow the City to streamline agenda preparation, improve consistency, and provide easier and more direct access for the public. Meeting materials will continue to be posted in advance of each Council meeting. We appreciate the public’s patience during this transition and look forward to offering a more accessible and user‑friendly experience. Sparq will still be available through the end of March 2026 for past agendas.
