Madison County Housing Study Now Available
The Madison County Housing Study has been completed and is now available for public review. This study provides an in-depth look at local housing conditions, trends, and future needs across Madison County, including availability, affordability, and opportunities for future housing development. The study includes data and information for the City of Madison and was completed by the City of Norfolk and Norfolk Housing Agency in partnership with the Norfolk Area Economic Development Council.
The final report is intended to serve as a planning resource for local leaders, developers, and community stakeholders as we work to support sustainable growth and meet current and future housing demands.
