Billing System Error Notice – Commercial Accounts

Due to an internal software issue within the City of Madison’s billing system, some commercial utility customers did not receive a bill this month, while others may have received an inaccurate bill. The City is actively working to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Residential customers were not affected by this error.

Late charges will not be assessed this month for any commercial accounts impacted by this error. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to correct the issue.
